DIFFERENT KINDS OF FILLERS
Different Kinds Of Filters
At Singh Wellness, we take great pride in offering anti-aging dermal filler skin treatments to diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Our physicians craft a personalized plan to rejuvenate your skin & turn back the hands of time using ultrasound-guidance to precisely place all fillers.
HYALURONIC ACID (HA)
DERMAL FILLERS
Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
Dermal Filters
Restylane/JUVEDERM
Juvederm dermal fillers use cross linked gel that helps reverse age related facial fat atrophy in the cheeks and under the eyes. Juvederm is ideal for adding volume where it has been lost and for addressing static (long standing) wrinkles, unlike RHA Fillers.
Restylane is firmer and more cohesive then Juvederm, making it better suited for sharpening contours in very small areas, for example to volumize tear trough hollows.
RHA Fillers/Belotero
Resilient Hyaluronic Acid (RHA) fillers are ideally suited for dynamic (not static) wrinkles such as marionette lines and smile lines, especially in the nasolabial folds. RHA is best used in areas like the lips whereas the thicker Juvederm option is better suited for deeper static lines along the jaw line or tear troughs.
Belotero is thinner and softer then RHA fillers, making it ideally suited for superficial treatment or very fine wrinkles. Because it is quite thin, in these sub epithelial locations it will seamlessly integrate into the skin without clumping up to form lumps or bumps.
PLATELET RICH FIBRIN (PRF)
DERMAL FILLER
Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF)

PRF
Unlike HA Fillers, PRF is a regenerative treatment prepared from whole blood drawn from the patient at the time of their procedure. While the patient numbs, their blood is spun in a centrifuge to concentrate platelets and fibrin, which is then isolated as shown on right, reconstituted, and injected. Once placed, PRF progressively stimulates the skin’s natural healing processes and drives production of new collagen and elastin. These rejuvenating changes improve skin tone, texture, and elasticity. While PRF works more slowly than HA fillers and is not useful for adding volume (unlikely HAs), its affects are significantly longer lasting and more organic. This makes it ideally suited for areas that require improvement in skin quality such as dark circles and acne scars.

COLLAGEN-BASED
DERMAL FILLERS
Collagen-Based
Dermal Filters
Radiesse
Radiesse consists of calcium hydroxylapatite microspheres suspended in a gel carrier and is injected into the deep dermal space where it prompts the body to produce additional collagen. This treatment provides immediate volume, resolving deep wrinkles, restoring volume in the cheeks, and enhancing jawline contours. A specific use case for Radiesse is restoring focal areas of fat atrophy which don’t occur in nature but may be caused by anti-retroviral immunologics which some patients need to take.
Sculptra
Sculptra is a “bio-stimulator” very similar to the lactic acid our muscles produce when we exercise. Once injected into the deep dermal space, Sculptra gradually drives new collagen production. After a series of injections, global fat atrophy reverses in dramatic fashion, making this an ideal treatment for elderly patients fighting an increasingly gaunt appearance & young patients seeking to reverse the effects of “Ozempic face”.
